ALL FORUM MEMBERS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

You will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not humorous and legal actions can be taken against you. Ranting and raving (so called "flaming") is inappropriate and will not be tolerated.

The purpose of this forum is to allow PROA members to discuss topics related to real estate investment, property management, leasing, and related topics. All postings must be related to this purpose. Unrelated postings are subject to removal without notice. Repeat offenders are subject to being banned from the forum.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, transacting of business, and solicitations are also not allowed.

You understand that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this forum. We do not actively monitor the posted messages. PROA, its officers and directors, and forum administrators and moderators are not, and will not be held responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. Reliance on any advice obtained through this forum is at your own risk. Please seek the advise of legal counsel or of other professionals before acting on any such advice.
