Rental Property Owners Association of Central Pennsylvania (RPOACP) is an affiliation of owners and managers of rental properties in Juniata, Mifflin, Perry, and Snyder Counties, Pennsylvania.

RPOACP's mission is to bring together the rental property owners of the counties we serve to address the issues of mutual concern and to probide acceptible, affordable, and habitable rental units in the area.

RPOACP provides education, network support, problem-solving, and business-operation assistance to its members.

PARTICIPATION IN PROA
Members automatically become participants in the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association (PROA).  PROA is a non-profit statewide association of landlords which provides a united voice for rental property owners in Pennsylvania government.  As a participant, you have a voice in the law making process in the state legislature. PROA is headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, and provides full time lobbying services and a quarterly newsletter to keep landlords informed.
